Proposed platform
- Contactless tap-to-donate terminals (hardware under evaluation)
- Online donation pages and recurring giving
- Opt-in text-message fundraising campaigns
- Separate Zakat, Sadaqah, general and building fund tracking
- Consent-based donor records and receipts; anonymous giving always available

Frequently asked questions
- How would Give differ from our current donation solution?
- Most mosques use separate tools for kiosks, online giving and reporting. Give is being designed as one connected platform — terminals, online pages, text-to-give, donor records and fund reporting share the same data, so the treasurer and board see one accurate picture.
- Would we need to replace our existing devices?
- Not necessarily. We're still evaluating certified hardware and which existing devices could work alongside Give. We'll discuss your current setup openly and won't recommend replacing anything that doesn't need replacing.
- How would donation processing and bank settlements work?
- Payments would be processed by an established, regulated payment processor, with funds settled directly to the mosque's bank account. We are finalizing processor partnerships now and will share exact settlement timing and fee structure before any commitment.
- Can we track Zakat and Sadaqah separately?
- Yes — separate fund tracking for Zakat, Sadaqah, general donations and building funds is a core design requirement, from the moment a donor chooses a fund through to reporting.
- Would donors need to create accounts?
- No. Anonymous giving will always be possible. Donors may optionally share contact details for receipts, recurring giving or updates.
- What would data privacy look like?
- Donor data belongs to the mosque. We plan to collect only what's needed, use consent for any contact, restrict access by role, and never sell donor information. Payment card data would be handled by the payment processor, not stored by Give.
- What is the expected rollout process?
- A conversation with your board, a review of your current setup, then — when the platform is ready — a guided pilot with onboarding support. We'll set realistic timelines together rather than promise dates today.
- What is currently available versus still in development?
- Today, Give is in development. This website, the interactive concept demos and our founding partner conversations are live. Payment processing, terminals, SMS campaigns and the dashboard are being built and are not yet available.
- How will pricing work?
- Pricing hasn't been finalized. Our goal is to be meaningfully more affordable and transparent than piecing together several vendors. Founding partners will be the first to review proposed pricing.
